Burn Energy Tour returns! Take part in DJ OPEN and perform at one of the events

Burn Energy and Mixmag return with the second edition of The Burn Energy Tour — set to stop in Gdańsk, Valencia, Bucharest, and Budapest. The lineup already includes Estella Boersma, MU540, sim0ne, and SPFDJ, with more names to be announced soon. This year also marks the launch of “Burn Energy Tour: DJ Open” — a competition that gives emerging talent and local communities a chance to join the lineup in each city.
Burn Energy Tour is the result of a synergy between two key players in the world of music and club culture — Mixmag, the global authority in electronic music, and Burn Energy, a brand that has long supported independent scenes and artists worldwide. Together, they create a platform that not only showcases cutting-edge club culture but also actively shapes the future of nightlife in Europe — from grassroots movements to the global stage.
Burn Energy Tour 2024 amplified the presence of techno, drum and bass, house, and acid techno across Europe, thanks to international headliners such as Ki/Ki, Hedex, Nia Archives, 999999999, and Honey Dijon. The tour touched down in Poland, Italy, Spain, and Hungary, with each event featuring major acts alongside local legends and rising talent. 2025 promises to further build on the Burn Energy Tour legacy — supporting grassroots communities and showcasing local scenes on a global stage.
The 2025 season kicked off on April 24th at the IMS Summit in Ibiza, with workshops and a club night featuring artists like Korolova, tINI, and ISAbella. Representing Poland, Ola Teks delivered a high-energy DJ set during the Burn Energy showcase — marking her debut on the legendary island.
This year, the Burn Energy Tour heads to Gdańsk — a vibrant coastal city full of creative energy, which in September will become the next stop on a journey of musical discovery. Then the tour moves on to sunny Valencia, where MU540 will take the stage. After that, Burn Energy Tour lands in Bucharest, before wrapping up in the lively city of Budapest.

A major new element of Burn Energy Tour 2025 is DJ Open — an initiative that opens the door for unsigned talent and local collectives to step into the spotlight. In every city — from Gdańsk to Budapest — emerging DJs will have the chance to join the official lineup and perform alongside international headliners and key figures from local scenes. This is more than just a competition — it’s a real launchpad into the world of professional club music.

Each stop on the tour will also feature a community-driven event, created in collaboration with local artists and collectives to celebrate and spotlight the unique sound of each city. The project aims not only to inspire but to empower — giving a voice to those shaping the future of sound in contemporary urban spaces.
Last year, Burn Energy Tour stopped in Warsaw, transforming an industrial space into a pulsing hub of club culture. The night featured artists like Ki/Ki — an icon of modern trance and techno — and Ola Teks, one of the most distinctive voices of the Polish scene. The event also hosted panel discussions that brought together artists, promoters, and members of Warsaw’s underground, offering space for conversation, exchange, and reflection on the future of club culture in Poland.
The Warsaw stop turned out to be one of the most powerful moments of the entire tour — full of energy, authenticity, and real support for the local scene.
Full lineups, dates, and ticket details will be announced two months before each event. Stay tuned via Instagram: @burn_energy and @mixmag.
